A distillery not commonly found or even heard of in Australia! Epris is a southern Brazillian Rum distillery from near Sao Paulo. This single cask was filled in 2011 and aged 12 years in ex-Bourbon. Notes of tropical fruit, roasted agave, pepper & cane!

Drinks halfway between a classy cachaca rum and an agricole rum. Brilliant and aromatic.
